Dr. Tibi founded Phoenix Cardiac Surgery in 2000. He specializes adult cardiac surgery and has a keen interest in blood conservation surgery. A multi-year winner of Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Doctor” award, “Top Docs Across America,” and “Top Surgeons in America,” Dr. Tibi is the former president of American Heart Association’s Phoenix Board of Directors. He also was runner-up for Prescott Area Leadership’s “Man of the Year” in 2013.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed his general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery residencies at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York.
